At Casa Domus, all pieces are produced on demand using carefully selected genuine leather and artisanal construction processes. For this reason, we follow a specific return policy.
After order confirmation, there is a period of up to 7 calendar days before the production of the piece begins. During this time, the customer may request the cancellation of the order and a full refund of the amount paid.
Once production has started, cancellations or returns will no longer be accepted, as the piece is being crafted exclusively for the customer.
The average production time for our pieces is up to 45 days, a period necessary to ensure precision in construction, quality of materials, and artisanal finishing.
We recommend that all order details — including model, measurements (when applicable), and other specifications — are carefully reviewed before confirming the purchase.
