💼 What happens after the appointment?
1. Briefing
During the consultation, we’ll discuss the piece you want: style, purpose, measurements, fabrics, fetishes (if any), and finishes.
2. Personalized quote
After the meeting, you’ll receive a detailed quote based on the design complexity, selected materials, and production time.
3. Order confirmation
Production begins upon payment of 60% of the total amount. We accept Pix, bank transfer, or credit card (up to 3 installments, if needed).
4. Made-to-measure production
The production time is up to 21 business days. Each piece is handcrafted for one body only: yours.
5. Shipping
Your piece is shipped discreetly in special packaging. You’ll receive a tracking code and, if desired, care and usage instructions.
📦 Exchanges & adjustments
Made-to-measure pieces are unique — created based on your body and choices.
For this reason, we do not offer exchanges. However, if any adjustment is needed, each case is carefully evaluated.
